2. Eligibility for Refund

Under Directive (EU) 2019/770, EU customers are entitled to refunds if digital goods are defective or not as described.

Once a refund is processed, access to the digital content will be revoked.
Physical Products (EU & USA)

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Discounted or promotional items are refundable only up to the amount actually paid.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests for cases of abuse, excessive returns, or suspected fraud.
6. EU Consumer Rights Notice
If you are an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving goods or purchasing digital content — unless the content has already been downloaded or accessed.
