If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve created a fair and transparent refund policy that protects you as a customer — while keeping our service honest and efficient.

1. Refund Window

  • Digital Products (e-books, courses, downloadable content): Refunds available within 5 days of purchase.

  • Physical Products (if applicable): Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

You don’t need to explain why — but your feedback helps us improve.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Digital Products (EU & USA)

  • Refunds are valid within 5 days of purchase.

  • Under Directive (EU) 2019/770, EU customers are entitled to refunds if digital goods are defective or not as described.

  • Once a refund is processed, access to the digital content will be revoked.

Physical Products (EU & USA)

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at info@90daysup.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Purchase date

    • Reason for refund (optional)

  2. We’ll review your request within 2–5 business days.

  3. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can cancel it immediately by emailing info@90daysup.com.
You’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

  • Refunds for downloaded or accessed digital content may not be granted unless the product is defective.

  • Discounted or promotional items are refundable only up to the amount actually paid.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests for cases of abuse, excessive returns, or suspected fraud.

6. EU Consumer Rights Notice

If you are an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving goods or purchasing digital content — unless the content has already been downloaded or accessed.
